Vector Property updates include: - Creation of 10 new Record Lots, Retiring of 11 Record Lots - Creation of 33 new Tax Lots, Retiring of 28 Tax Lots - Creation of 0 new Air Right Lots, Retiring of 0 Air Right Lot - Creation of 29 new Parcel Lots (new parcels are primarily near DC WASA, Naval Research Lab and Bolling Air Force Base) - Creation of 0 Alley or Street Closures/Dedications - Creation of 59 new Reservations (primarily along Vermont Ave NW, Mass Ave NW, New York Ave NW, and New Jersey Ave NW) - Corrections to data anomalies - Updated Metadata - 5 Squares and their contained features have been adjusted to better fit planimetrics. These are moved because of incoming subdivisions or public lands. They are: 0088, 0251, 0333, 0661 and 0986. - Creation of 35 new Tax Lots, Retiring of 43 Tax Lots - Creation of 10 new Air Rights Lots - Creation of 14 new Parcel Lots, Retiring of 0 Parcel Lots New parcels include several WMATA railroad land holdings, Fort Circle Park, Fort Totten Park, Rock Creek Church Cemetery and Soldiers Home Grounds - Creation of 2 Alley or Street Closures/Dedications - Creation of 46 new Reservations (includes triangle parks along Virginia Ave NW, Massachusetts Ave NW/SE, SE Water Front, Fort Totten Park) - Corrections to data anomalies - Updated Metadata - 7 Squares and their contained features have been adjusted to better fit planimetrics or have changed because of incoming subdivisions or public lands. They are: 0403-N, 0624, 0624-W, 0707, 0708, 0708-E, 1935 - 1 Square (0801) was killed. Land was subdivided into Square 0770 A new OwnerPly layer was created; Tax Assessment attribution for this layer was conflated from the most recent OTR Public Extract dated 07/18/09. The lag in not using the most recent Public Extract is that its creation goes on hold for 3-4wks in late July/early August b/c it is OTR's billing cycle.
